I declare today as "World Weird Day". How cool is that? Nope. It's no holiday. But we can pay a little more attention to our individual weird-ity or weirdness (however you want it to be called) and Celebrate it!
Now, I'll have here a bunch of weird quotes.. Uhhh! No, the quotes aren't weird but they're a bunch of "Weird" quotes. That's clearer. I hope..

“We’re all a little weird. And life is a little weird. And when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall into mutually satisfying weirdness—and call it Love—True Love.” ― Robert Fulghum, True Love
Uhmmn, okay. I am Weird. I can say that out loud straight with all honesty. I am happy to be weird and people finds me weird. Okay enough of that. Now, who's weirdness is compatible with mine? I need to find another Weirdooooo to fall to. Uhhh, Life! P.S. "Find" is a big word in a big world.
I'm wearing it every single day *winks*
“I am weird, you are weird. Everyone in this world is weird. One day two people come together in mutual weirdness and fall in love.” ― Dr. Seuss
Okay. Who are you???
“There are people who are generic. They make generic responses and they expect generic answers. They live inside a box and they think people who don't fit into their box are weird. But I'll tell you what, generic people are the weird people. They are like genetically-manipulated plants growing inside a laboratory, like indistinguishable faces, like droids. Like ignorance.” ― C. JoyBell C.
Generic people are the weird people? Uhmm, I'm thinking the other way around. That's all.
“Some are born weird, some achieve it, others have weirdness thrust upon them.” ― Dick Francis, To the Hilt

In layman's terms: Love means Acceptance.
“You get lonely, is what it is. A person's not supposed to go through life with absolutely nobody. It's not normal. The longer you go by yourself the weirder you get, and the weirder you get the longer you go by yourself. It's a loop and you gotta do something to get out of it.” ― Jim Shepard
And you get weirder.. and weirder.. and weirder (tomorrow never dies). Greatness then!
“Weirdism is definitely the cornerstone of many an artist's career.” ― E.A. Bucchianeri, Brushstrokes of a Gadfly
Weirdness is Creativity. Therefore, artistry id weirdity. And yes, I fit into that.
There's already a lot of 'generic' people. Dig deep into your inner self and there might be something hiding in there. It's also called "Uniqueness". If you do something that most people don't normally do, you are unique. In the modern world, you are called 'Weird'.
“There's a whole category of people who miss out by not allowing themselves to be weird enough.” ― Alain de Botton
Life is too short to be ordinary.
“I like weird. Conformity bores but is inescapable for the most part. We all follow something, even if it is following the goal of wanting to stand apart. We are a sea of ordinary people; it is always the quirk, the flaw or the ingenuity that stands out.”
― Donna Lynn Hope

“I was always fascinated by people who are considered completely normal, because I find them the weirdest of all” ― Johnny Depp

Weirdness, uniqueness, creativity or whatever you call "it" is inborn. It is innate in each one of us. It cannot be learned. It is what defines us as individuals. There are just some people who has yet to discover their individuality. But for some people, it is the purpose of their existence.
Hey, don't forget! It's World Weird Day today..
And tomorrow.. and the day after tomorrow.. and the day after the day after tommorow.. Yeah, it's Everyday!
Celebrate your being YOU!
